13. SEVERABILITYIf any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. WAIVEROur failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it at a later time.
